The Lady Cavaliers defeated a great Rock Hill team to advance to the 4A girls upper state finals against Spartanburg this Friday night at the Bi-Lo Center in Greenville.With the win tonight, Coach Joy Couch,completes this year with an undefeated home record and has never been defeated at the Dorman Arena. This will be Dorman's 6th straight year playing in the upper state finals. Congratulations Lady Cavaliers.

The final score was 66-55? The reason I am not positive about the final is that the scoreboard was malfunctioning. The time would work but the score indicators would not. The officials did a great job keeping the game running and both teams informed. The game was tied at 30 at halftime. Dorman played with greater intensity the second half and just were able to start wearing Rock Hill down with about 5 mins. left in the game. Sortry i cannot give you a sure score.

Dorman's girls are bigger than anybody else's on the planet. Anybody that knows what they are doing should keep them winning for a long time.
