is a player that has seen his stock steadily climb higher in the off season and is now
beginning to see the fruits of that activity. Already having an offer from Maryland from
last month, White received another offer today to give him two on the table just one day
before going to Nike Camp in Athens.
Middle Tennessee State talked with White's head coach, Jeff Scott, at Blythewood High
School via telephone today and told him the offer will be mailed out.
White (6-0,210) played for Ridge View last season because his new school, Blythewood,
did not have a varsity program in its first year. But this year, he will take the field
for the Bengals and should be a leader on that team.
White has spent the past two months training hard for combines and is ready to make a
good impression in Athens.
"I'm ready for this weekend," said White. "It's time to perform. I've
been working hard for it and want to do well."
Stay tuned to SCVarsity.com as we follow one of our top rated
linebackers through his recruiting process and his senior football season.
