Greenville DL Gets Second Offer
Greenville (SC) defensive tackle Arterio Arnold has been on the list of several
recruiters since last fall as one to evaluate this Spring and Fall. But at least two

schools have completed their evaluations and liked what they saw in the 6-2, 270lbs
defensive tackle, as he has received his second major DI offer this week.
Arnold had already received an offer from Kentucky and this week, Maryland joined in by
offering the big trenchman. Last season, Arnold collected 120 tackles for Coach Jim
Sosebee's Raiders and had 11 sacks.
The defensive tackle has a 2.7 GPA, bench presses 315 pounds, squats 415 pounds and
runs the 40-yard dash in 4.9 seconds.
Arnold will be attending the 2007 SCVarsity.com All-State Football Combine at
