Carolina. This brings the Tigers' commitment class to a total of twenty.
Spencer
Adams (6-2 180) of Matthews, NC  committed to Clemson Thursday.
Adams said during the taping of the skills challenge at the Under Armour All Star
Game in Orlando that he will sign with the Tigers over North Carolina.
For much of Thursday  the word circulating around Orlando was Adams was going
to announce for North Carolina.  But he made his plans known for Clemson around 7:30
PM Thursday night.   Adams also is a nationally ranked hurdler and the Clemson
track program was an attraction for him.
A speedy safety, Adams totaled 145 tackles and 1 interception this season.  He
becomes Clemson's 20th verbal commitment.
